Despatch

We aim to get all orders made before 2pm (GMT) on a working day despatched on the same day unless stated otherwise on the product page. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) will be despatched the next working day (not including weekends). Please allow an additional day for courier deliveries. This is subject to change during busy periods. 

*Please note, on rare occasions orders can take up to 3 working days to despatch during busy periods.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail 48 (2-4 Working Days) – Provides you with full tracking. Arrives in 2-4 working days. 

Royal Mail 24 (1-2 Working Days) – Provides you with full tracking. Arrives 1-2 working days.

Free Delivery – Minimum spend £25. Provides you with full tracking. Arrives 2-4 working days.

Please note a different courier service may be used depending on the size of your order. Aims to arrive in 5-7 working days. Please note: delays may apply due to Brexit & customs delays.

*If a package is returned to us for any reason (incorrect address, failed delivery or failure to pay, for example) any charges incurred by TETERO Cards in shipping/recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.
